HOW DOES VIRTUAL TRAINING WORK?

Virtual training is a 30 minute, real-time personal training session customized
and delivered by one of our ELITE trainers. Unlike an on-demand class, your
trainer can see you, which means cueing, corrections, and coaching are all
tailored to you throughout your experience. 8 in 10 clients find that showing up
is half the battle. Knowing that your personal trainer is waiting for you holds you
accountable to show up!

I DON’T HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT NOR A GYM AT HOME. CAN I STILL TRAIN?

You bet! Virtual training specializes in redefining your space to optimize your
workout. More than half of our clients have little to no equipment at home, yet
agree that the workouts are more challenging than showing up at the gym!

ARE YOUR TRAINERS QUALIFIED TO TRAIN ME?

Energy Fitness has occupied the training space for over 18 years and has
become synonymous for stringent hiring standards. Beyond the nationally
accredited certification and/or college level degree in an exercise science-
based field, we require our trainers to pass a 4 tier hiring process that tests
knowledge, application, effective communication skills, professionalism, ability
to program and adapt, and personality. When we say the best, we mean it it!

I HAVE AN INJURY. WILL THE TRAINER BE PREPARED TO WORK WITH ME?

Yes. We have several trainers with niche skill sets ranging from pre/post-natal,
artificial joint replacements, spinal injuries, to pre and post rehab, autoimmune
diseases and more. We take full inventory of your limitations as well as goals
to ensure you will be paired with the proper trainer. You will also have the
opportunity to speak directly to your trainer(s) as well.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND?

Absolutely! Many of our clients enjoy the benefits of virtual training because
it allows them to connect with a friend or family member regardless of their
geographic location. Be it your college roommate who moved to another
country or your favorite cousin who lives in another state, virtual training allows
for prime quality time with loved ones. Our trainers are seasoned at training
individually as well as small groups!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TRAINING SESSION?

Prior to your training session you will receive a Zoom link from your trainer
denoting your agreed-upon start time. Be sure to be dressed in athletic attire,
ensure your device is fully charged, and be sure that you have access to a WiFi
connection. Other than that, we encourage all of our clients to get into a positive
head space a few minutes prior to starting. Think about why you’ve started, put
on your favorite playlist and get ready to crush your goals!

WHAT IS A FITPLAN?

Your virtual training experience transcends the 30 minutes that you’ll be
sweating through! We believe accountability and motivation are the keys to
success, and we provide that around the clock with the help of our rockstar
team of trainers and our lifestyle coaching app. You can customize your FItPlan
to set weekly lifestyle goals, access in-home workouts, and manage your
pending schedule. Get ready to be held accountable to the goals you set
because your trainer will be holding you to it with regular weekly check-ins!

CAN I TRY A SESSION?

Absolutely! Your first session in any of our no-commitment
memberships is on the house!

HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY FIRST SESSION?

The Energy Concierge will contact you within 24-48 hours of your initial join
date to pair you with the ideal trainer and schedule your first session. You may
also email the concierge directly at: Concierge@energyelitetraining.com in
the event you have not been in contact or for any other inquiries.

WHAT DO PLANS AND PRICING LOOK LIKE?
